China's procuratorial organs staff,both bear the legal supervision responsibility,have criminal cases as evidence review important responsibility and judgment,is indispensable to crack down on crime in criminal lawsuit activity a role.In the current under the background of the rule of law,procuratorial organ law enforcement more strict,standard,to ensure fair,open,fair,the movement process of the law.At the same time,the deepening process of modern rule of law and the criminal technology emerge in endlessly,makes prosecutors face increasing pressure.However,prosecutors work pressure is too large for a long period of time will not only seriously affect the physical and mental health and work efficiency,and even leads to the judicial injustice not work properly.Therefore,research of procuratorial personnel working pressure and it is particularly important to find a way to stress management.This article first to the characteristics of the civil servants work pressure,pressure source,pressure formation reasons and management of related methods and related research literature in detail.After reference da-hua luo,a professor at the prison police stressor questionnaire ",compiled the "W's procuratorate staff stress questionnaire".Through the questionnaire survey,interviews,field observation and other methods,mastered the W's procuratorate staff pressure status.After investigation,the hospital staff is generally under huge pressure to work,and because of gender,age,level of education,post rank,marital status and different stress conditions.At the same time,W procuratorial workers existing stress management methods cannot meet the needs,understanding of the stress management level is low,but hope to master scientific and effective management the proportion of high pressure method.In this paper,starting from the work the pressure source of prosecutors,team work method is used for the first time the professional social work method,system management intervention prosecutors work pressure.Through group activities,try to team members to establish links to external and internal resources to support system,guides them to correct understanding of the work under pressure,and enhance individual team members against the pressure of work caused by the body's ability to lesions.Through the use of group work methods and evaluation,which indicates that team work method to relieve the high work pressure,improve procuratorial personnel has important meaning to compressive capacity,to solve the problem of procuratorial personnel working pressure has a significant effect.Finally,to improve the efficiency of the procuratorial personnel work,improve the running efficiency of the whole judicial system.At the same time,improve the lives of procuratorial workers work satisfaction and happiness.This paper tries to the working pressure for the procuratorial personnel management put forward several Suggestions.And from the perspective of social work practice,advocates the procuratorial organ to introduce methods for stress management and social work.
