A Study On Intelligent Home-based Care Service For The Aged

With the development of society,the phenomenon of Chinese population aging become more and more seriously,The endowment has become a hot issue of society.Because the function of family endowment is weakening and there are many disadvantages in institution endowment for the elderly people,home endowment has become the most popular mode for the elderly.With the vigorous development of both Internet and Internet of things,the intelligent endowment associates with the the advantages of the traditional home endowment service and the information technology to form its own,because it gets rid of the limits of time and space,so it can provide home service for the aged efficiently,such as daily life care,health service,spiritual comfort,safety management and so on.In recent years,the smart home-based endowment service of Wuzhen has developed rapidly and typically,so this study is based on the survey and analysis of Wuzhen mode.We learn that the intelligent home-based endowment of Wuzhen belongs to the model of State-found-Private-ran,and it mainly offers the elderly life care,dietary food and beverage,health management,professional care,community culture,etc.Through the questionnaire and interview,we found that the old people know just a little about the intelligent home-based endowment service,but they have a higher acceptance and satisfaction for it.The elderly who accept the intelligent endowment service not only improve the quality of their life,but also reduce the endowment pressure of their children.In addition,the intelligent home-based endowment service can improve the pension service quality and efficiency,it also can raise the image of a service-oriented government.However,the intelligent home-based endowment service is still facing many obstacles,for instance,the relevant policies,regulations and service standards are unsound;the elderly know little about the intelligent endowment;the contents of intelligent endowment service are limited;the lack of the versatile talent of intelligent endowment,etc.For this purpose,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions as follows:First of all,we need to perfect the system of smart home-based care for the aged,and formulate the relevant supporting policies;Secondly,we should propagate the popularity of intelligent endowment service,and help the elderly eliminate the “Silver Digital Divide”;Then pay attention to the dynamic matching of supply and demand,perfecting the contents of endowment service,which is based on the demand of theelder people;At last,our government should cultivate the inter-disciplinary talents of the intelligent endowment,strengthen the construction of personnel team for the aged.
