Research On Urban Community Governance In China Under The View Of Good Governance

To promote the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity,need for citizens to participate in the process of governance activly and orderly,In this way,we can enhance the level of national governance,which with the government in cooperation and interaction.In recent years,China has paid more attention to grassroots social governance,which is closely related to the construction of people's livelihood,and paid more attention to the development of grassroots democracy.Urban community governance is a key part of grassroots social governance in our country and a key component of the development of grassroots democracy.Therefore,the level of urban community governance is significant to the development of grassroots democracy and the development of grassroots social governance.Urban community is the most basic and basic unit of the country.Good urban community governance is not only related to the development of grassroots democracy in our country but also the improvement of national governance level.This paper starts from the perspective of good governance,takes the actual demand of community residents as the starting point and the foothold of urban community governance,and with the help of exploring the concept of good governance,is put into the process of urban community governance,so that urban community governance gradually towards the transition of the cooperative governance and the rule of law government,which needs for citizen's participation.It put the implementation of democratic politics into the actual life of community residents,so that Yinchuan city's community governance eventually can get a good governance.This study first elaborates the basic concepts of community,urban community,good governance and citizen participation.As the good governance a goal,from the perspective of citizen participation,and the elements of good governance a foothold,To research the urban community governance issues.Followed by analyzing the questionnaire survey data and cases to explore the problems and causes of urban community governance in Yinchuan City.This paper,based on the experience of urban community governance at home and abroad,and on the basis of combining the level and status of urban community governance in China,and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign urban community governance from three aspects:improving community residents' awareness of participation,strengthening legal construction and optimizing community service.Finally,to achieve the ultimate goal of good governance,which is in the process of urban community governance,put the good governance into the process of urban community governance,and from the three point of views,which are the clarification of the main elements of community governance,improve urban community governance legislation,cultivate community participation in the main sense of participation,to devote to the service of urban community governance,improve the level of urban governance in the rule of law,to stimulate the community residents active and orderly participation in the vitality of urban community governance,so that urban community governance can achieve benign governance,and ultimately to good governance.
