Research On Social Assistance System Of Urban Families Lost Only Child

In the 1980s,China implemented the family planning policy of"promoting a couple to have only one child".This policy had an irreplaceable impact on the control of China's rapid population growth,but it also brought some social problems.With the increase of modern society risk,part of the only child died due to some social,natural and other reasons.As a result,Families Lost Only Child emerged.The fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee adopted the universal two-child policy.To a certain extent,it avoided the emergence of Families Lost Only Child.However,family planning policy has lasted for more than thirty years.The problem of Families Lost Only Child is still serious for a long time.In order to develop the harmonious family and the stable society,we have to solve the predicament of Families Lost Only Child availably.In this paper,the author takes Families Lost Only Child and their social assistance supply subjects as the research objects.This paper uses the methods of interview,observation and literature research.On the one hand,the author summarizes the predicament and demand of Families Lost Only Child.On the other hand,the author sums up the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of the social assistance supply subjects.Finally,the author explores to construct social assistance operating model from four subjects-government,social organizations,community and personal strength.The author draws the following conclusions through the study:Families Lost Only Child generally face economic,spiritual,medical and aging predicament and demand.It is necessary to combine the power of government,social organizations,community and personal strength to serve Families Lost Only Child.Each part of the social assistance model should give full play to their advantages and complement each other.Only in this way can we help Families Lost Only Child and promote social equity.
