Study Of Information Resources Sharing Among Local Governments

With the continuing development of internet and information technology and construction of service-oriented government,government functions have undergone a profound transformation and information resource sharing has gradually become the focus of the construction of electronic government affairs.The information resource sharing in Chinese Government has made a great progress by the help of information internet technology,yet there still exists a lot of problems.This essay gives research and discuss on how to solve the problems of information resource sharing among Chinese local governments based on the strategic background from a large internet-oriented nation to a powerful internet-oriented nation.Based on the reading of a lot of literature articles,summary of the relevant research results both domestically and abroad,the use of interviews,empirical research and other research methods,we selected city Y governments to do depth field research.We have fully understand the current situation on the sharing of information resource among departments in the governments of city by visiting government officials.Combine with in-depth analysis of relevant information,we can summarize that the systems concepts,power and benefits are the main factors cause the problem,then combine with the Chinese national conditions and the actual situation of city Y,we give the strategies and suggestions in solving the sharing of information resource among governmental departments in city Y from aspects like the institutional improvement,laws improvement,introduction of technology,supervision and follow-up with the aim to provide reference for the constructions and development of the sharing of information resource among governmental departments.
