Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations Participating In Social Governance In Sichuan Province

Social organization is a social component which is inevitable in the process of social development. It is an important carrier of social construction, carrying the functions of social public services and acting an important assistant to the government. At present, China's economic and social development is not only facing a rare historical opportunity, but also many risks and challenges. There are many problems in the field of society which the government can not get rid of, due to limited human and financial resources. Meanwhile, the government can not provide all the various public services needed in society. And social organization as the only community outside the government can provide such social public services, so the government pays more and more attention to the role of social organizations in social governance.China's social organizations are still in their initial stage due to a shorter time development,lower social awareness and lack of practical experience,which is different from the situations in the United States, Japan, Germany and other western countries where non-profit, non-governmental organizations play an active role in social governance.Although Chinese government is committed to the cultivation and development of social organizations and the corresponding laws and regulations system are also constantly improving, but because of political traditions, institutional mechanisms, internal management in some social organizations ,market integration and many other factors, there are still some problems in the current social organizations in China, such as not fully participating in social governance and no complete formation of a standardized system.Based on the theory of governance, this article chooses the practice and exploration of social organizations to participate in social governance in Sichuan Province as the breakthrough point. With the analysis of typical cases and implementation path, this article sums up a few countermeasures and suggestions for the social organizations to participate in social governance by strengthening the construction of laws and regulations, standardizing social organization behaviors and promoting social awareness.Practice shows that the existence and development of Chinese social organizations have had a profound impact on the changes in the domestic social governance structure and further expand the areas of citizen participation. Social organizations provide a platform for citizens to participate in social management affairs and create a good atmosphere. The development of social organizations has become an indispensable and important force in social governance. So they are very important initiatives for the social organizations to promote the healthy and orderly development, accurately locate the role of social organizations and play an important role in social governance.
