Administrative Supervision Of China's Internet Tailored Taxi Industry

The new popularity of the internet tailored taxi industry meets the diverse travel needs of the people and alleviates the serious problem of taking a taxi in the city,creating new values for the society.However,the internet tailored taxi industry also brings some problems such as the protection of passengers' rights,personal information security and the interest conflict with the traditional taxi industry.Therefore,it needs the administrative department's effective supervision.From July 27,2016,the central and local governments have issued relevant legal documents,which give the legal status to the tailored taxi industry and make provisions from the platform qualification,vehicles and the requirements for divers,making the tailored taxi industry under the multi-direction and multi-department's supervision.However,judging from the current status of the supervision for the internet tailored taxi industry,there are some deficiencies in the laws and regulations and supervisory measures,and it needs further improvement and promotion.This thesis will discuss from the following four parts:Firstly,discussing the situation of internet tailored taxi industry.Secondly,elaborating the supervisory situation of China's internet tailored taxi industry and analyzing the problem on the supervision.Thirdly,investigating the supervisory measures of foreign tailored taxi industry and concluding some advice for reference for China.Fourthly,proposing some suggestions on optimization for China's internet tailored taxi industry.
