Study On The Intention Of Citizen Participation In Urban Public Crisis Management Based On The Theory Of Planned Behavior

In recent years,China has entered a period of city public crisis is very frequent,and many cities have experienced public crisis.Only relying on the power of our government has been unable to handle today's public crisis,and citizen participation has become an indispensable part of city public crisis management.It is the key to improve the citizen participation intention in public crisis governance.Based on the theory of planned behavior,the paper builds the theoretical model of citizen participation intention in city public crisis governance,and puts forward relevant assumptions.Through the questionnaire survey to 261 citizens of Tangshan,the paper analyzes the data by SPSS18.0,and it tests the research hypotheses.By analyzing the factors of influencing Tangshan citizen participation intention in public crisis management,the paper concludes: 1)Gender,age,educational level and occupation have significant effect on the perceived behavior control of citizen participation in public crisis governance.Monthly income has significant effect of citizen participation in urban public crisis management of the subjective norm,perceived behavior control and participation intention;2)There is a significant positive correlation between attitudes,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control and citizen participation intention in city public crisis governance;3)The factor of attitude plays a major role in citizen participation intention of city public crisis governance,and the influence of subjective norm and perceived behavioral control is relatively weak.Based on the conclusions above,the paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1)From the attitude,focus on the training of attitude towards citizen participation in the urban public crisis management;2)From the subjective norms,improve the environment of citizens' participation in urban public crisis management;3)From perceived behavioral control,strengthen the training of urban public crisis coping skills.
