Research On Forecasting And Countermeasures Stability For Group Events Caused By Livelihood Projects For Hangzhou

With the increasing of group events coursed by the development of modernization,social transformation and the social interest structure adjustment,the livelihood of the people project is one of the important factors affecting social harmony.In recent years,the livelihood of the people project has become a new cause of group incidents.As well as the number of group events caused by people's livelihood project shows a rising trend.And the situation is getting worse,the time last longer and longer,cover a wider scope.Why should the livelihood projects aimed to do good deeds for peoples insteaded majority of people do not support even strongly conflict? This should be attracted a great attention by the relevant departments.Therefore,this paper selects the prevention and disposal strategies of the mass incidents coursed by projects which concerned about people's livelihood as the subject.The paper makes the Hangzhou Zhongtai garbage incineration event as an example.By making the questionnaire and statistical analysis of the data,it targets the analysis of people's livelihood project characteristics in Hangzhou to take the different from the ordinary group events.The paper establishes the two line early-warning mechanism of group events coursed by the people's livelihood projects,mobile big data platform and social emergency linkage mechanism.It has a very important practical significance for preventing and disposing mass incidents of people's livelihood projects,reducing public safety hazard and creating a harmonious society.
