Study On The Democratic Process In The Formulation Of Labor Rules And Regulations

Employers' labor regulations play an important role in the management of labor and stable labor relations.It can be said that labor regulations are the fundamental of stable labor relations.The different understandings of equal consultation and determination" make the clause vague,which the labor dispute occurs frequently because of the rules and regulations of labor caused by the problem.The starting point is in order to safeguard well the legitimate rights and interests of the workers.This paper summarizes the previous research of results on the basis of the use of theoretical and practical methods,and use the method of comparing test,trying to work on the development of democratic rules of labor regulations,in-depth study and analysis.This article is divided into three parts: preface,text and conclusion.There are three chapters in the text.The first chapter consists of introduction of present situation of the democratic procedure of labor regulations,definition of the concept of democratic procedure,and the model analysis of democratic procedure formulated by labor regulations brought by Article 4 of Labor Contract Law.For the extraterritorial analysis of democratic procedures for labor regulations.The second chapter analyzes the extraterritorial patterns of the democratic procedure developed by the labor regulations,For the subsequent chapter of the third chapter of our employer labor regulations to improve the procedures laid down foreshadowing.The third chapter is the core of this article.In order to make perfect suggestions on the democratic procedure formulated by the labor rules and regulations,Firstly,we must determine the co-ordination of the democratic procedures formulated by the labor rules and regulations;Secondly,we must clarify the main body of the consultation and perfect the process of democratic procedure.All of them aim to help solve the practical problems.
