The border public security ministry of public security is one of the three vertical under the leadership of the public security forces,the party's eighteen years,in the strict and military system reform under the background of frontier forces as local law enforcement forces are facing many challenges,the troops stopped welfare,military reform and other uncertain factors lead to psychological imbalance of the troops,go-slow highlights the problem,how to combine the actual situation of border security,establish a scientific and effective staff incentive mechanism,to maximize the team's enthusiasm and creativity,and effectively improve the frontier forces cohesion and combat effectiveness,is an important issue of the frontier forces facing the transition period.In this paper,Maslow's hierarchy of needs from the perspective of the theory on the core problem of exposing the frontier forces cadres in go-slow,through investigation and research,and summarized the combination of theoretical research and practical exploration of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combination,to the real needs of the construction and development of frontier forces needs and cadres as the basis,the border public security cadre incentive mechanism model,the suggestion on the construction of the border public security cadres incentive mechanism is proposed,which research on the incentive mechanism of this special organization,perfecting the local law enforcement forces has certain theoretical significance for the reform of the Army period,stable border public security cadres and improve the enthusiasm of cadres work and retain talents has certain practical effect.
