Social Work In The Application Of The Old Rural Five Guarantees Supporting Institution Endowment Problem Research

With the economic and social development,China's institutional pension career has also been a rapid development.People for the needs of the pension is more and more urgent,the development of the agency pension career also put forward higher requirements.However,in today's China's institutional pension services,to meet the multiple needs of the pension service has not been the real implementation,which highlights the social work involved in the importance of pension.Because of this,the study through the T County Welfare Center of the five guarantees for the social work of professional services,to explore social work in the implementation of pension agencies involved in the strategy.The first part of this study is the introduction of T County Social Welfare Center institutions pension status.Many of our pension agencies can only simply meet the problem of food and clothing for the elderly,for the old people entertainment,health care,spiritual care in this area is not enough investment.The author summarizes the problems in the operation of T County Social Welfare Center through personal practical experience.And the basic situation of the elderly in the social welfare of T County was introduced,and then the needs of the five elderly people in the welfare center were evaluated,and these needs were analyzed.The second part of the study is the main part of the article.This section has two sections,the first section is for the social workers to meet the needs of five elderly people to carry out the process of service overview,as well as the social work services to meet the needs of the five guarantees assessment and reflection: the five guarantees the elderly In the life care,health care,entertainment and leisure,spiritual care and other aspects of the social work services carried out to assess and reflect on;the second largest section of the social work in the rural five guarantees old age institutions in the application of the strategy analysis,Theintegration strategy between the workers and the five guarantees,the integration strategy of the social work in the welfare center,the service design strategy of the social work and the implementation strategy of the social work method.At the end of this study,the reflections on the institution 's pension and social work are carried out,and the reflection on the old-age pension is carried out from the three aspects of the staff,the manager' s concept and the service scope of the institution 's pension.In addition,the study also put forward some suggestions on the application of social work in the pension agencies,hoping to promote the development of the institution's pension career and the development of social work.
