As a special mechanism in our country,the petition mechanism plays an important role in democratic supervision,power relief and political participation.In the work of letters and visits,it has always been emphasized that the cooperation and communication between the letters and visits groups and governments at all levels,ignoring the participation of social forces,which has made the researchers turn a blind eye to the micro-level analysis of petitioners.As a case study,the paper takes the petitioners as the research object,and takes the radical behavior as the main research question and examines the result of the radical behavior of the petitioners,the specific reason and the deep influence.Focusing on the reasons for the aggressive behavior of the petitioners and based on the theory of social interaction,the paper analyzes that the aggressive behavior of petitioners is due to irrational beliefs as a result of the adverse social interaction with the surrounding social environment.The inherent irrational belief of petitioners is the root cause of the petition aggressive behavior which is mainly affected by the attitude,working ways and service concept of staff.Data in this paper are collected and analyzed by participant observation and interview,the paper summarizes how social interaction has influence on excessive behavior of patient based on the qualitative research.On this basis,the feasibility that the social work involved in the petitioner has been demonstrated by looking up the literature review,especially advantage in the microcosmic level of solving petitioners' radical behavior.Case work intervention is adopted to regulate the aggressive behavior of the petitioners,in which the author actively listens to the client's demand,tries to change their irrational ideas so as to achieve rational appeal;Meanwhile,the author helps petitioners to change the attitude and work style to improve service concept and facilitate communication channels.This study focuses on the problem of self development of the plight of the petitioners in the petition process in order to respond to the needs of social development and share the social responsibility of social organization.And in further research,we need to make full use of our profession skills and methods to enhance the client's ability.
