Research On The Implementation Path Of Community Home Care In Small And Medium-sized Cities

With the continuous process of urbanization,the development of small and medium-sized cities has made great achievements,but confined by the aging of the population,the level of economic development and population movements and other factors,the difficulties of the small and medium-sized cities in the pension problem gradually highlighted.For a long time,academic researches on the problem of aging population have never stopped,especially in large cities,while the small and medium-sized cities concerned lower,especially the new model of the community home care is rarely involved.This paper takes the path research of the implementation of community home carein small and medium-sized cities as the theme,taking the community pension model of the ShengliVillage Community in Puyang of Henan province as an example to investigate and analyze the existing problems and the constraining factors,and on this basis to put up with new ideas that help improve the community home care service model.Full text argument is clear and progressive.Firstly,it expounds the definition and theoretical basis of the concept of urban community home care,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the urban community home care in China's small and medium-sized cities.Secondly,it summarizes the research data of the community pension service in Shengli Village,Puyang City,Henan Province.The analysis of the expectation and demand of the elderly,and the introduction of its existing model,and the exploration on the existing problems of this model lead to the reflections on the common problems of China's community pension services in the small and medium-sized cities.Thirdly,it also introduces three typical models ofcommunitieshome-based pension development to provide endowment and experience for the promotion of community home care in our country's small and medium-sized cities;Finally,according to author's own understanding and thinking,the author puts forward measures to implement urban community home careinitiatives.Through the combination of literature research,questionnaire survey and qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper analyzes in a way of point to field the development of community home care in small and medium-sized city and proposes the operational measurements involved with responsibility fixing,hierarchical matching,evaluation system,aging care model,fund raisingmechanism and other fields,promoting perfection and innovation about the urban community home care model in small and medium-sized cities.
