The Research On Incentive Demand Of College Graduate Village Official Based On ERG Theory

Graduates of college graduates take the work of village officials,not only need to be able to establish a good level of ability and excellent psychological quality,while the need for the community to provide a more scientific guidance mechanism to form a more effective help mechanism and can produce better incentive mechanism.This paper takes the Shiquan 259 college student village official as an example,uses the way of combination the theory and practice,the qualitative and quantitative,in the form of questionnaire survey,aim is to find effective and effective incentives for college students,and to maximize their advantages.The whole article mainly based on ERG theory,on the basis of the survival needs of the college students' village officials,interaction between demand,growth development needs investigation and analysis the present situation and problems of incentive mechanism,the statistical results show that the university student village official incentive mechanism in terms of survival needs,due to the low salary welfare,lead to college students' village officials work initiative is not high;In the aspect of communication,the communication between the village officials and the village officials and the villagers has not been smooth,resulting in the lack of recognition of the villagers and the low enthusiasm of the work.In terms of growth and development,the training,assessment,flow and other incentives are still not perfect,resulting in the shortage of college students' village officials.So grow from survival,exchanges,research and analyze the three aspects,and from the three aspects of initial preliminary put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,to form effective incentive factors,expect to achieve "on-demand incentive",namely in the study of college student village official point of view,based on the related objective cause,form a scientific incentive mechanism,so as to promote work more graduates into rural areas,promote the further development of village officials.
