The Research On The Thought Of The Party Image Of Mao Zedong In The New Democratic Revolution Period

The image of a political party determines the influence,inspiration and appeal of the party in people's mind,and then directly determines its vitality,competitiveness and combat effectiveness.A favorable party image is the intangible wealth and resource that the party possesses.In the new-democratic revolution period,faced with the overall crisis of internal revolt and foreign invasion,China was in urgent need of a powerful party which could represent the interests of the masses of people to unite people for revolution so as to accomplish the two historical missions of national independence and the liberation of the people.Combined the thought of Marxism proletarian party image with Chinese concrete reality,Mao Zedong shaped an image of people's political party with the purpose of serving the people with heart and soul,and won the support and love of the people in stark contrast to that other parties in corruption and oppressing the people.The main part of this paper attempts to analyze how Mao Zedong creatively developed the thought that Marxism on the image of proletarian party and created a brand new party image in the special historical period of the new-democratic revolution as well as to study the significance and inspiration of the thought of Mao Zedong party image on the construction of the party image in China today from the four aspects of the thought of Mao Zedong party image in the origin,the main content,the formation approach and the analysis.Firstly,the conditions on the formation of the thought of Mao Zedong party image in the new democratic revolution period.This article argues that there are four logical bases on the formation of the thought of Mao Zedong party image.First,the thinking logic,the construction of party image is the essence of party construction;second is the realistic logic,a positive party image is the need to accomplish the historical missions;third is the theoretical logic,the party construction theory of Marxism-Leninism is its theoretical origin;Fourth,historical logic,summing up the political experience of past dynasties and the lessons from the failure of the Kuomintang party image.Secondly,the main contents of the thought of Mao Zedong party image in the new-democratic revolution period.The core contents of the thought of party image of Mao Zedong in the new democratic revolution include: achieving the revolutionary party image of national independence and the liberation of the people;the advanced party image of “Two Vanguards”;the party image of serving the people with heart and soul;the party image of integrity,the party image of solidarity and unity.Thirdly,the construction path of the thought of the party image of Mao Zedong in the new democratic revolution period.This chapter,closely around the main content,analyses Mao Zedong's approaches of shaping the party image comprehensively and profoundly,and then draws four points: casting the soul of the party image through the ideological construction;tamping the foundation of the party image through organizational building;demonstrating the style of the party image through the work style improvement;and ensuring the standard of the party image through system construction.Finally,based on the fundamental point of historical materialism,this paper analyses the thought of the party image of Mao Zedong in the new democratic revolution period.By analyzing its characteristics and summarizing its historical contributions,we can draw its inspiration on the party image construction in the present and the future.
