The Protection Of Network Privacy In The Era Of Big Data

By the end of 2016,“People's Republic of China network security law”(hereinafter referred to as the “Network Security Act”),which means that China's network security aspects of the first special legislation began formally boarded the stage of history.This law after several deliberations,revised many times,finally this life,enough to see the protection of national security in the network of the fourth chapter,the network information security chapter and the sixth chapter legal liability,which specified the protection of privacy in network,whether the network behavior norms of network operators,personal,behavioral norms or the relevant state organs,and the main types of responsibility are made regulation.However,we must clearly recognize that the professional and technical nature of the law,resulting in its operability and poor social effects,the protection of the right to privacy of the network is difficult to achieve the desired objectives.This paper outlines the era of big data set,the concept and characteristics of big data are briefly introduced,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the era of big data,then the reading of this new concept of network privacy,then drawing out the author's personal view of network privacy,network privacy and the status quo of China's all-round analysis,find out the defects of current network privacy protection the and how to improve the protection of network privacy,legal and self-discipline aspects of the idea,especially in the concept of industry selfregulation,the author introduces the privacy protection model of Tang Tang network company in order to form the industry law of "network privacy horizontal analysis" in the whole industry.
