Study On The Countermeasures Of Our Government Crisis Public Relations Under The Background Of The Network

Since 2000,human society has entered a new era of the Internet.Based on Internet technology,Internet media has developed rapidly through the development of network technology.Emerging mass media such as news websites and micro-blogs have gradually replaced the mainstream media and become an important platform for people to obtain government information.At the same time,our country has already entered into and is in the midst of the economic and social transition period,natural or man-made social crisis event has repeatedly,and damage intensity increasing,many kinds of crisis information by means of network media to spread rapidly,negative effect is better than before,is a serious threat to social stability and development.In this context,crisis pr has become an important part of government activities under the background of network media.As for the development of public relations work of government crisis,network media is both a force and a driving force.The network media disseminates information in a timely,rapid,broad and interactive way,and expands the wave and surface of the outbreak of public crisis.It is easy to form a storm of public opinion and put the government in the forefront 'of public criticism.At the same time,it is precisely because of these characteristics that it has an incomparable advantage in the communication channels between the public and government departments,the collection of public opinions and the release of official government information.If used properly,it will be of great benefit to the government crisis public relations work.Therefore,in the context of such a crisis,how should the government conduct crisis public relations and adopt the scientific and effective crisis public relations strategy,which is an important subject for the academic and the ruling people nowadays.This paper adopts the typical case analysis method to analyze the problems in the public relations of government crisis in China under the background of network media,and analyzes the reasons for it to explore the public relations strategy of China's government crisis in the context of network media.Firstly,the background of the topic is introduced in detail,and the purpose and significance of the topic are discussed.Meanwhile,the research status of domestic and overseas research is basically sorted out to provide theoretical basis for further research.Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the "toxic runway" case selected in this paper,summarizes the process of the occurrence of the event,combines the big data of the network and the countermeasures taken by the government department in the event,and analyzes the problems of the government crisis public relations.Finally,according to the problems and the reasons set out in the paper,from the principle of people-oriented principle,perfect the early warning mechanism of public crisis,dredging channel of crisis communication,improving the ability of network medium to handle the crisis event,building perfect public crisis relation system five aspects of the public crisis public relation system,the strategy is conceived,and the contents of five aspects are detailed in detail.Based on the in-depth analysis of typical cases and the background of network media and the characteristics of information communication,this paper proposes that the theory comes from the practical and practical application.The proposed strategy hypothesis can help the government to recognize and utilize the network media,scientifically solve the public crisis,effectively enhance the government's crisis pr level and decision-making ability,and thus enhance the credibility of the government.
