An Sociological Analysis Of Identity Formation In Basic-level Government

In recent years,the basic-level government internal personnel of a variety of "identity"phenomenon is increasingly prominent,caused in the same post,doing the same work,but salary and career advancement is quite different in the basic-level government generally occur.This paper takes The F town of Shanghai as an example to investigate the mechanism of this phenomenon.This paper argues that,people inside the government is occurring on the base of the diversity of "identity",is due to the basic-level government loss the right of personnel administration and the employing normalized constraint of the government at a higher level,and the contradiction between the the above two.Specifically,the formation of "identity" in basic-level government can be divided into two stages.In the first stage,due to the loss of human rights at the basic-level level,different levels and lines of higher government have been centralized in the process of centralization,which has constructed different types of personnel in the basic-level governments.Different categories of people are not "identities" at this time because they are also associated with specific posts.In the second stage,because the base of the practical need of society governance,and the government at a higher level of standardization of choose and employ persons conflict between constraint,basic-level government had to take alternative means to make the basic-level government neither the standardization of the violation of the government at a higher level on the surface,actually can timely adjustments to its own personnel arrangements,this is mixed mixed hillock.Mixed jobs make it possible for people of different categories to get through each other and work together,thus forming "identity" in the same post.Through the analysis of the "identity" formation phenomenon within basic-level government,the paper thinks that,the phenomenon of "identity" within basic-level government is embodies the state's authoritarian logic,by the right of personnel administration upward concentrated at the higher government,and the higher government's employing standard constraint extends to the basic-level government,the "identity" so to be able to produce.Therefore,in a certain way,the "identity" phenomenon within the basic-level government is the unintended consequence of the standardization of the state.
