Medical assistance is an important measure of the government organization and implementation to solve poverty difficult and expensive disease and impoverishment problem,it is the government's responsibilities and obligations,but poor people also should enjoy the rights,the effective implementation of medical assistance policy is conducive to protect the poor health of patients,is conducive to the protection of their basic level life that is not reduced,but also conducive to building a socialist harmonious society.City minimum living protection crowd is vulnerable groups in society,due to the limited of pay ability,see a doctor has become a major problem in their lives,the medical relief policy also has other problems in the benefit of the low-income population at the same time,so studying the implementation of medical assistance policy to the city low-income population is of great significance.This paper takes Inner Mongolia of hohhot city low-income population as the research object,the data for the research is mainly obtained through questionnaire survey method,invest the implementation of the medical assistance policy to low-income population of hohhot city,the city's medical assistance policy results showed that: First,the propaganda of medical aid policy is not in place;the two is that the medical aid policy focuses on serious diseases and neglects minor ailments;Three,Insufficient investment in medical aid funds;Four,the application procedure of medical assistance is more tedious;Five,the division of responsibilities of the management department is not clear.Therefore,put forward the following measures to perfect:One is to strengthen the medical assistance policy propaganda;Two,the medical assistance should take both the size and the size of the disease into consideration;Three,broadening the sources of funding for medical assistance;Four,simplifying the application procedure for medical assistance;Five,clarify the responsibilities of various management departments.
