Research On The Evaluation Of Government Behavior Credibility In Yinchuan

Background:Government credibility is the cornerstone of social credibility,and it is an important force for the continuous improvement of the national governance system.With the rapid development of China's economic and society,the maintenance and construction of government's behavioral credibility also faces enormous challenges.From a horizontal perspective,the government's credibility in social governance and public service behavior has not been ideal.From a vertical perspective,the credibility of local government's performance has been improved.Far from the central level,the more the grassroots,the more prominent the problem of government credibility.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the credibility of the government's behavior and build a service-oriented government satisfied with the people.Objective: The purpose of the article is to combine theoretical and empirical research to construct a system for evaluating the credibility of local government's behavior,to understand the status quo of Yinchuan government's behavior credibility,and to analyze its influence from a micro perspective.In the process of exploring the credibility of the municipal government,the government,the public,and other parties participate in a positive interaction with each other in order to improve the credibility of the entire government and promote the healthy development of the region.Methods: This research mainly uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,through literature review,expert consultation,interview,etc.,to collect qualitative data about the evaluation of local government behavior credibility,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build credibility evaluation index system of local government behavior,and assign weight.From six aspects of government information disclosure,government work style,government commitment,public service cost,urbanconstruction and public satisfaction,based on the principle of the efficiency coefficient method,the incremental,stock,and final scores,to comprehensively evaluate the construction situation of the government credibility of Yinchuan.Results:1.After literature review,expert consultation,field survey,build credibility evaluation index system of local government behavior,through the membership degree analysis,correlation analysis,to distinguish the degree of measurement,38 specific indicators were finally selected,and by using the analytic hierarchy process to assign to the corresponding index system of the whole weight.Evaluation index system which included six dimensions: government information publicity,government work style,and against the government,the public service costs,urban construction,public satisfaction with the weight respectively: 23.08%,17.95%,15.38%,12.82%,10.26%,20.51%.The importance of weight ratio is relatively high,and the impact on the final comprehensive evaluation result is greater.2.Conducting further empirical analysis on the index system constructed is to evaluate the construction of Yinchuan Municipal Government's behavioral credibility,and draw an overall score of 81.99 points,which is at the middle to upper level;disclosure of government affairs information in all fields,government work style,and government commitment.Public service costs,urban construction,and public satisfaction scores were: 77.89,81.51,88.00,78.05,84.65 and 84.00.From the results,Yinchuan Municipal Government has relatively high scores for promise and commitment,city construction,and public satisfaction.The scores of other field layers are slightly lower,and the comparison between the various fields and the overall evaluation results also conforms to the above trends.Explain that the government should focus on the government's own construction in the future work,increase investment in public service areas,control unnecessary cost expenditures,and effectively protect the interests of the people's livelihood.3.From the evaluation results of subjective indicators,the proportion of public bettersatisfaction and complete satisfaction is 57.22%,and general satisfaction is 35.89%.From the evaluation results of subjective sub-indicators,government service center construction and service quality,social security,The construction of " Fortress Lake City" and the public participation scored higher than the efficiency of the government departments,the practical situation for the people,and the sense of public well-being.The results show that government work has been well done in terms of high scores,and the effectiveness of government work with low scores needs further improvement.Suggestions:1.Strengthen the disclosure of government affairs information and enhance the information identification ability of participants.2.Change government behavior and improve service efficiency of public officials.3.Improve the government's own construction and optimize the administrative structure of government affairs.4.Citizens objectively evaluate government performance and avoid misunderstandings.
