As one of the most effective learning methods,network training has been widely applied in the flied of teacher training in primary and secondary school.Though operating this kind of learning method,the information technology to optimize the education effect of teachers and the effectiveness of classroom teaching has been constantly promoted.Meanwhile,the regional teacher learning community in the information environment has been being gradually formed. Network training has brought about a new education reform.Although the network training has brought convenience and opportunities for teachers, there are still a series of problems in the process of learning.Based on the technology support from "National training project for 2014-Primary and secondary school teachers combined with net training and school training in Jilin Province",an in-depth and systematic research has been carry out which focus on the concrete empirical study in this paper.What's more,the integration of questionnaire survey method and investigating for reasons after interview method effectively guarantee the scientific and rationality of the study.The questionnaire is made according to the study situation of the net training platform and the research mainly concentrates on teaching resources,teaching interaction,teaching strategy,teaching evaluation, teaching effect,etc.The data is collected and analyzed by using SPSS statistical software and each dimension problem factor is quantitatively contrasted.In this way,the problem existed in network training for teachers in primary and secondary school has been found out.Besides, the method of investigating for reasons after interview is used to explore the cause of each problem in detail and then the real source appeared.Finally,starting with the results above, practical strategies and the specific practice steps are provided which will optimize the environment of net training and improve the adaptability and learning sense of belonging.
