Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Volleyball Elective Course Of Physical Education Major In Colleges In Fujian Province

Volleyball is a ball the trunk course.It is issued by the ministry of education of the common universities sports education undergraduate course specialized all kinds of trunk curriculum guiding outline.Volleyball elective course for sports education professional students in universities is further broadened and deepened the study on the basis of volleyball skills of specialized course.It is a part of the sports education professional personnel training scheme.The improvement of teaching quality of volleyball elective course has a positive impact on achieving the goal of sports education professional personnel training.In order to fully understand the current situation of Fujian Province Volleyball Specialized Course and promote Fujian Province volleyball elective courses better,through the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,in 8 universities which are set up special volleyball elective courses,the investigation is in-depth analysis and draws the following conclusions:1 In China and Fujian Province,sports education specialized undergraduate professional training objectives constantly changing;2 Fujian Province volleyball elective course curriculum objectives and teaching goals should highlight the social aspects of health guidance;3 the college volleyball elective course is not optimistic;4 credits to meet "Curriculum Plan" requirements;5 teaching content as the basic technique and tactics;6 traditional teaching method is still in a dominant position;7 lack of space equipment slightly;8 the main motivation of student elective is interest,but the level of the volleyball is poor for students;9 the teachers troop structure basic reasonably,but teachers' education level is not reached national requirements;10 examination and evaluation system still continue to be improved,the outcome of the evaluation is not optimistic;11 the cultivation of outstanding teaching ability and technique level is important,but other ability training of attention degree is not enough;The communication between the schools learning activity is still blank.Based on the research conclusion above,for the volleyball elective course in universities in Fujian Province,the author puts forward the following suggestions: 1 update teaching ideas and concepts;2 adjust the curriculum objectives and teaching content to adapt to the social demand for talents;3 stimulate students' interest in volleyball and ensure the numbers of the volleyball elective course students;4 ensure rational distribution the teaching content of the school,promote the innovation of teaching methods and means;5 pay attention to the overall development of students;6 improve leadership attention and increase equipment investment;7 appropriate to extend the hours of teaching,improve the students' learning quality;8 strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the educational structure of teachers;9 improve assessment and evaluation system,set up the establishment of evaluation;10 pay attention to students' ability training;11.we regularly organize teaching activities,and promote the communication between schools,teachers and students learn.This paper can hopefully provide a useful reference for volleyball sports education professional elective courses in Fujian Province.
