The Volleyball of Sichuan is an advantageous project, which also has a history of successful activity. Sichuan volleyball team fostered some very talent world class volleyball players such as Rong fang Zhang, Lin Zhu, Yan Liang, Dan Wu, Jing Chen and so on. Moreover, man's volleyball team have achieved sixth straight Chinese volleyball association championship, which have Jianan Zhou, Xiang Zhang, Gang Zhu, Liming Zhang and some other players served for Chinese national volleyball team. Unfortunately, Sichuan volleyball which struggle to relegation develops hardly.In 2013, with the system of the national game transformed, there are three main teenager groups been set. Sichuan province sent four teams which are man's senior and junior; women's senior and junior groups to the national game, but only woman's senior team arrived the final. Analyzing the results, the major problem is that the lake of reserve players. It's urgent to revival the competitive volleyball team and research on task-based approach both in theory and practice to find out how to store reserve players. This report will concentrate on the reserve volleyball players. It will use literature; investigation; statistic; logic methodology to analyze factors which can affect the reserve players in Sichuan province. Furthermore, it will find out connections between the factors and find out limitations which can affect the reserve players. Analyzing the connections and limitations will support and develop reserve volleyball player in the next few years.The results prove that:1. The competitiveness level for the men or women's volleyball team of Sichuan has different development history, but overall level is keeping fall.2. Most backup talents of competitive volleyball live together who are distributed mainly over Chengdu, Yibing, Mianyang and etc. The regional distribution is not quite balance.3. It can be suggested that we use traditional methods to personnel training and providing qualified person.4. We use single cultivating mode and unreasonable cultivating mode 5. As a result of different benefit orientation, the combination of sports and education appear dissimilation. The contradiction of culture-learning with training becomes more and more sever.6. Channels for all aspects of the professional teams, schools, students' benefit game are not smooth.7. It believed that players should be training by lower ages and limited competitive matches are a problem too.8. Coaches have lack of professional acknowledge and lack of professional training opportunities. Also, coaches have high pressure for work, but with low salary.9. Increasing the human capital investment and human resource cultivation, expanding the traditional volleyball school, layout the quantity of the school, which will measure to cover the secondary primary school.2.
