Since the establishment of the "Imperial University Teachers hall", our country has began the exploration of teacher education for more than 100 years.During the more than one hundred years of development, China's teacher education has experienced three stages of Teacher Education in Japan, the United States and the Soviet Union. Finally, according to the needs of our country's basic education reform and higher education reform, we have explored and established a new system of open and flexible teacher education.In the course of the development of Teacher Education in our country, there has been a debate about the "normal" and "academic".This argument, on the one hand, is the internal power of the changing of teacher education mode, on the other hand, it also influences the direction of the development of Teacher Education in our country.The research methods used in this paper are historical literature method, comparative method, case analysis method. This paper studies the construction and improvement of Teacher Education in our country from the perspective of "normal" and "academic",This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces the reason, the significance of the study, the definition of related concepts, domestic and foreign literature review, research methods and ideas.In the second chapter, we review the historical development of teacher education model in China, and analyze the influence of different stages of teacher education development on the development of teacher education. At last, it has been a historical reflection.In the third chapter, through analyzing the current situation of our country and the international background, it is concluded that the integration of teacher education is the trend of the development of Teacher Education in our country, and through the analysis of the process of the comprehensive construction of teacher education mode, the paper obtains the connotation of the integration of teacher education mode.And it also lists some representative universities in the integration of the mode of teacher education.The third chapter introduces the development of American teacher education model and the debate between "normal" and "academic" in every stage of the development process of American teacher education model and Its Enlightenment to China. We found the confrontation of "normal" and "academic" completely, will eventually lead to teacher education mode in the practice process Overkill phenomenon, in order to demonstrate "normal" and "academic" will inevitably move towards the fusion.In the fifth chapter, the achievements and problems in the current development of teacher education model in China comprehensive analysis, combined with the essence of the development trend of the model of teacher education and teacher education in academic teaching, the strategy of integration of teacher education model of adjustment and improvement, making it more perfect integration of Teacher Education model, so as to promote faster and better development of Teacher Education in our country.
