Research On The Badketball Referee Ability Training Of Sports Training Speciality Basketball-Major Students In University In Hebei Province

This study uses the literature material law, expert interview, investigation questionnaire and mathematical statistics, in Hebei Institute of physical education,Hebei Normal University, Hebei Engineering University in three universities of Hebei Province as the research object. Analysis in Colleges and universities in Hebei Province sports training professional basketball special student basketball cut judgment ability present situation, analysed were cultured in the presence of the basketball special student basketball referee ability problem proposed training strategy,in order to provide reference for sports training professional basketball special student basketball referee ability training, improve the quality of basketball referee ability training.Conclusions are drawn as follows:1. In the survey of Hebei Province Colleges and universities sports training professional basketball students made basketball referee certificate of more than two thirds of the total number of students, the grade of the judgement is mainly two referees, cutting age generally shorter; basketball students were interested in to referee work, moving machine is correct; special student basketball basketball basic skills to master the general, submit the ball, ball and gestures better grasp, the rest of the basic skills to grasp the situation is not ideal.2. The overall level of Hebei province athletic training professional basketball students basketball referee ability training is low, there are many problems to be improved, outstanding performance in: one is the importance of leadership, teacher training on the referee ability is not enough; the two is the low basketball student basketball referees overall service quality, performance in the rules and judging method to grasp the situation is not ideal, on-the-spot judging ability is low, poor physical condition and other aspects; three students to participate in the judging practice less, judging the practice level is low, the smaller, less number; four students to participate in judging the psychological quality is not stable, judging when the mood is not high, lack of self-confidence. Psychological adjustment is not perfect.3. In view of the existence of the referee ability training, to further improve the degree of attention to the referee teaching, to cultivate ability of basketball referee into the teaching target, teaching plan will be reasonable arrangements for basketball ability of basketball referee training throughout the basketball special studentuniversity career process; the two is to enhance the students' work the service quality level, strengthen the learning of theoretical knowledge, strengthen basic skills and physical training; three is to create more on-the-spot judging practice opportunities for students, including the opportunity to practice school and extracurricular practice opportunities, this also can outstanding students to participate in the selection of business quality referee training; the four is to pay attention to students' on-the-spot judging mental quality the training, one can use the appropriate psychological training methods, on the other hand, teaching and after-school can group The students watch the fabric high level basketball video games.
