With the introduction in recent years of physical training,many domestic universities and provincial professional teams have the core strength training as an important training tool,but in a non-professional teams rarely applied.Most high school coaches because there is no grass-roots contact with advanced training theories,so they rely on the traditional method of strength training to improve the athlete's performance as the basis,but this method has some drawbacks,as the current core strength training very popular training methods,to make up for these deficiencies.I do this by previous studies on core strength training methods and means of the theoretical basis,core strength training is introduced to the high school Sprinters training experiment,theory into practice,to explore whether the core strength training 16-18 years old men have a positive impact on high school sports scores and sprinter body comprehensive ability.In this experiment,Tangshan Kailuan first secondary school 16 men sprinters as experimental subjects,were summarized by literature and summarize HowNet in China,China's outstanding Boshuo Degree Thesis;the use of interviews to Hebei Tigongdadui Hebei Normal University,sports coaches and training experts to gather information on the case of the core area of strength training;the use of mathematical statistics and inductive analysis of the data collected and summarized the experimental data for statistical analysis;the use of the experimental method 16 athletes were randomly divided into two groups each group of eight people,the core area of the experimental group strength training,the implementation of the control group of traditional waist and abdominal strength training.Through 12 weeks of group training,results and conclusions are as follows:1.After the experiment the experimental and control groups 24 indicators of the core area of operation of the power of the experiment were higher than before,proved the core area of traditional strength training methods and lumbar abdominal strength training methods have helped improve the core area high school students Sprinters muscle strength,endurance,stability and coordination.2.The traditional strength training waist and abdominal muscles to improve core muscle strength athletes help.3.The experimental group and control group,after the experiment more 24 core areas of strength training movements index of increase,demonstrated the core area of strength training method for improving the core muscles strength of high school students Sprinters than traditional lumbar muscles strength training method effect is more obvious.4.The high-intensity strength training performed traditional lumbar muscles fatigue will bring athletes,reduce training passionate athletes,sports likely to cause damage,and the core area of strength training is not a similar situation.
