Study On The Mode Of Operation Of The Jiangsu Provincial Sports Associations

With the development of China's economy and society,the social sports have been valued.Sports associations meet the needs of the masses of sports.Jiangsu Provincial Sports Associations in the operation of the development is unbalanced.Most of them in activity planning,financial system,management system,human resources have problems.The results of sports associations in the community level assessment are not not satisfied.The process of the reform and development of the sports associations needs to be accelerated.The study analyses evaluation of the operation of sports associations,infrastructure,financial systems,activities through field survey method and interview method.At the same time,this research uses literature method,comparative analysis method,logical analysis method.Then it comes to outstanding sports organization operation mode,Jiangsu Provincial Sports Associations in the direction of reform and development.The study visits the community leaders,staffs and refer to the financial audit report,activity plan.This paper analyzes the excellent operation mode,and summarizes the correct,systematic and reasonable operation mode of the three kinds of sports associations.The modes are public type,operational type and comprehensive type.The study provides correct and effective suggestions for the Jiangsu provincial sports associations,in order to provide reference for the reform and development of sports associations.
