Highly educated professional woman in China is a very large group,their housework division of labor situation can explain the current gender equality of men and women in China.And highly women belong to the high level of education groups,years of education experience may make their gender tend to be equal.Therefore,the situation of domestic workers' division of labor in highly educated professional woman can reflect the gender equality of men and women in China.In this paper,the theory of gender is used as a theoretical guide to study the reason of the division of household labor division of highly educated professional woman from the perspective of feminism.In this paper,based on the previous research data combined with this in-depth interview survey found that most of highly educated professional woman in the family,women are still the main undertaker of domestic work.In raising children,women are more absolute bearers.Combined with previous research findings,working hours and income have an impact on division of household labor,but do not play a key role.The concept of gender is the key reason that affects the division of labor of the female housework in highly educated professional woman.The influence is manifested in four aspects.One of the traditional "male and female" concepts,both sides of the husband and wife have a traditional concept of division of household labor,then its family is likely to follow the traditional household labor division of labor model.Second,exaggerated mother duties,the media continue to promote "good mother better than the teacher","mother should accompany the child three years" educational philosophy,its essence is the traditional female gender role of the call,so that women enter the workplace will focus on the child.Third,the workplace in the hidden sex order,because the traditional gender culture construction,the male is responsible for "money to support the family",women are responsible for "care for the family",so that the formation of men in the workplace was the default no domestic labor burden,,The fourth family,the concept of the division of household labor division of the original family,the male family of the family work division of labor for the reproductive family of the family has a direct impact on the division of labor,especially in-laws for her son to participate in household chores have a direct impact.
