With the rapid development of China's reform and open,and the continuous progress of the market economy,the private education industry gained rapid development,has become an important part of China's education,especially thanks to the national preferential policy support and welcomed by the market,private primary and secondary schools have made rapid development in recent years.In the environment of market competition,the teaching quality of private primary and secondary schools is the foundation of their existence and development.How to improve the performance of teachers has become a problem to be discussed.In the management of staff performance,the study focuses on the influence of traditional intelligence factors,but with the in-depth study,more and more scholars began to focus on the influence of non intelligence factors to individual work performance,and thanks to the advantages of non intelligence factors in the operational level,it has higher research value and practical significance.The non intelligence factors of achievement motivation have significant influence on individual work performance,and because of its unique perspective and good empirical performance,it has become a hot topic,and the study of achievement goal orientation is the focus of the scholars.This paper takes the teachers of three private primary and secondary schools as the research object.Combines theoretical analysis,qualitative interview and empirical research,study on the achievement goal orientation and its interaction effect,work performance,and their relationships of teachers.Then put forward the research hypothesis.Then obtains the data through questionnaire survey and make statistical analysis to verify the hypothesis.Finally,reveals the inner psychological mechanism of teachers' work performance,finding the appropriate intervention,provide guiding opinions on the training and management of teachers.Through empirical research and in-depth analysis,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The achievement goal orientation of private primary and secondary school teachers has three dimensions: learning goal orientation,proving goal orientation and escaping goal orientation.The performance of private primary and secondary school teachers is mainly task performance.Learning goal orientation has a positive impact on work performance,proving goal orientation has a positive impact on work performance,escaping goal orientation has a negative impact on work performance.There has interaction effect between learning goal orientation and proving goal orientation,and it has a negative impact on work performance.There has interaction effect between learning goal orientation and escaping goal orientation,and it has a negative impact on work performance.There has no interaction effect between proving goal orientation and escaping goal orientation.
