Influenced by China's traditional collectivism culture,teachers cooperate in research group,the preparation group or "qing-lan project" has always been China's basic characteristics of teacher development.In recent years,with the impact of the education quality policy,how to expand the fairness of regional education and improve the overall quality of regional education has become a new hot topic.Therefore,the study of cooperation among teachers has become a new landscape,which is based on the cooperation between school and school.On the other hand,some universities in the large and medium-sized cities have carried out the research on the cooperation with the local primary and secondary schools,and also become one of the most important forces in the development of teachers.In terms of common sense,the more power a person gathers,the more he deserves,and the faster he grows.But it seems that the situation is somehow complicated in theory,because the value pursuit of each force could be different,when two different value standpoint of strength meet,may cause more conflict,digestion,balance or compromise,so that teachers' development could also be confused.Based on this consideration,this study aims to explore the following problems through the study of a regional teaching and research activity of a scientific teacher under the influence of a variety of professional forces:different voices are involved in the process of teacher professional development,are they all play an active role?In the face of different voices,how do the teachers make value choices?What are the factors that influence their value orientation?In this paper,"voice" refers to all kinds of views on education and the value standpoint,in order to express in a vivid and concise way.The paper mainly adopts the narrative inquiry method,and uses the recording pen,the camera,the camera and so on to collect the data.Besides the introduction,the thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter gives an overview of the research object teacher S and the school.This part of the statement is intended to clarify the complex relationship between the research object and the school reform,the area,and the researchers from universities and his personal experience,so as to carry a foreshadowing of describe a variety of teacher S's encounter.The second chapter describes the process of the research activities of teacher S in the course of National Science Inquiry Teaching in a narrative way,including various voices which teacher S has experienced the relationship between the voices.This part is the main part of the thesis,which shows the experience and life of teacher S and provides the premise for the third chapter.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the relationship between several voices in the four research activities and the value choice of teacher S,showing the various forces that influence the development of teachers in a structured and holistic way.The last part is the conclusion of the paper.The paper holds that(1)At present,in the process of promoting the development of teachers in China,there are more power(professional power,administrative power,secular power)helping teachers.However,due to the different value orientation of different forces,different angles of thinking,it will inevitably cause a certain impact on teachers.(2)The way of teachers' professional development with a variety of voices have extremely high expectations for teachers'professional autonomy.Teachers must have a certain degree of discrimination.At the same time,teachers should deal with the value of all kinds of voices rationally and objectively,and choose the value from the standpoint of education.(3)The development of teachers' professional development in the form of regional development is not only easy to stimulate teachers' professional sense of honor,but also easier to enlarge the reputation of teachers,principals,schools and other people.Therefore,we should treat the value of this regional professional support rationally and objectively.
