Higher education is related to the national development plan,and the core of the development of higher education is the development of professional education,university education is mainly focus on the discipline construction development,therefore guarantee professional construction quality has become a priority among priorities.Higher education evaluation is an important way to ensure the professional quality of colleges and universities,and is also an important way to promote the development of the society.Therefore,according to the Liaoning provincial higher education policies since eighteen,to further implement the province on developing and promoting the professional construction of higher education supply side for the needs of the community structural reform requires,in batches to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate professional work.Evaluation of fully considering the diversity of universities in the province of professional talents,colleges and professional scientific development,evaluation index system,evaluation standard and reasonable process,focusing on the development of school characteristics,and based on the evaluation results of promoting college enrollment,professional structural adjustment and investment to optimize the allocation of resources.After in-depth analysis and evaluation of the work achieved remarkable results at the same time,it exists the problems of administrative color,the third party evaluation into problems,these problems to provide space for the rise in Liaoning Province in the future to carry out professional evaluation.The text is divided into three parts,five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly expounds the research background and significance of the definition of related concepts;professional evaluation;research methods and the related literature.The second chapter and the third chapter are the introduction of the domestic and international situation of professional evaluation.This paper introduces the specific situation of the United States,Britain,and the professional evaluation work carriedout in mainland China and Taiwan.The fourth chapter,the fifth chapter is the main part of the thesis,separately from the Liaoning Province ordinary university undergraduate comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation principles,evaluation index system,evaluation of the setting process and evaluation of the effect of other aspects of the evaluation work carried out in-depth analysis on comprehensive evaluation of Liaoning province undergraduate professional work.Main conclusions:Evaluation of Liaoning province undergraduate professional work play an exemplary role in the field of higher education evaluation in Colleges and universities in the province,to guide and promote the optimization of training mode of professional structure and talent,strengthen the connotation construction and promotion of local colleges and universities to change the application type and played a positive role.Although there are some deficiencies in the evaluation work,but on the whole,the evaluation of undergraduate education in Liaoning province has promoted the ability and level of higher education to serve the new round of comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning.
