Under the continuous reform of political and economic system of our country,especially the successive policies supporting the non-profit organization of sports,which plays a more and more important role in the society in China,making up for the insufficiency of government and market in the sports public services providing,It has played an important role in promoting social harmony,maintaining social stability and promoting national fitness.However,the operating system of sports non-profit organizations is not perfect at present,The problems of imperfect legal system,weak development ability,unsound supervision mechanism and over dependence on government are outstanding,Foshan Chin Woo Athletic Association as a non-governmental non-profit sports organization representative,It reflects the problems faced by most sports non-profit organizations,The good operation of the meeting can also provide reference for the operation of most sports non-profit organizations.This study uses the theory of organizational operation mechanism,sports public service theory,through interviews,field surveys,literature and other research methods,analyzes the current situation and the operation characteristics of the non profit organizations at home and abroad,and summarizes the problems existing in the operation mechanism of sports non-profit organizations in China.Take FOSHAN CHIN WOO ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION as a case as object of study,and analyse from the aspects of organizational structure,social public utilities,organization and management,supervision and management,and the use of funds raised.Research conclusion:Based on the case analysis of Foshan Chin Woo Athletic Association,The main problem,Foshan Chinwoo operation is facing:All walks of life do not know enough about sports non-profit organizations,Lack of good organization environment,Most sports non-profit organizations implement mass sports,the overall efficiency of public utilities is not obvious,Imperfect organizational structure,Lack of funds,The organization is too casual and lacks strict supervision,Lack of assessment,summary and Reflection on activities.The reasons for its better development include:Unique historical and cultural background,Excellent organizational culture,Standard internal operating mechanism,Pay attention to public welfare and undertake social responsibility,Building influential teams.Organize activities to enhance organizational vitality and so on.Research suggestion:1.Improve the public awareness of sports non-profit organizations,understand the organization's public welfare,significance and value,improve organizational transparency,and actively participate in public welfare undertakings,and enhance public recognition.2?Perfect the construction of organizational structure.Establish the organizational structure of comprehensive department,clear responsibilities of various departments,the implementation of the combination of centralization and decentralization,strengthen the construction of rules and regulations of the organization,the organization according to the rules.3?Improve the operating environment of the organization.Urge relevant departments to speed up the construction of laws and regulations,and promote the establishment of the third party supervision institutions,increase supervision,reduce reputation scandals,and maintain a good operating environment.4?Improve the financing ways of organizations and increase their income generating capacity.To attract individual members or group members with economic strength,to promote the accession of other consortia,and to use the market-oriented operation model to increase fiscal revenue.5?Sports non-profit organizations should cooperate with the supervision of various departments,and with the government departments,social masses to actively carry out self supervision,and adhere to the establishment of the purpose,the work will be implemented among the masses.6?Construct a set of evaluation system which is suitable for itself.After that,we should actively evaluate and summarize the activities,draw up the next improvement opinion,and promote the correct development of sports non-profit organizations.
