Along with the in-depth development of national fitness campaign, the college students' consciousness to improve their physical quality have gradually enhanced, physical exercise has become an important part of the contemporary college students' way of life. To strengthen students'physical quality and cultivate their lifelong sports consciousness play an important role in improving students' comprehensive quality, realizing the modernization of education, constructing rich country in human resources, and cultivating comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors.First of all, in the field of curriculum theory, cultivate students' autonomous learning ability is an important curriculum goal; in the field of teaching theory, autonomous learning is a kind of important teaching methods; in the field of theory of learning, autonomous learning is a kind of high levels of learning. Second, school sports should make foundation for developing students' consciousness of lifelong sports, lifelong sports is the goal of the national fitness campaign, and also is the fundamental condition of good development. Autonomous learning and sports can not only promote the physical and mental health of college students, but also lay a foundation for cultivating college students' lifelong sports consciousness.With those basics, this study aims on the influencing factors of the ordinary university sports college students' autonomous learning with the method of documentary, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, such as emphasis on college students' cognition of Tai chi value, college students'autonomous learning, and the relationship between them. The conclusions are as follow:1. There are significant differences on cognition of tai chi value for students of different gender, but there is no significant difference on scores of sports autonomous learning. Different grade students did not reach significant difference on tai chi value cognition, but there are significant differences on sports learning results and learning environment of autonomous learning. Different birthplace of students did not reach significant difference on tai chi value cognition, but there are significant differences on sports learning outcome and learning environment dimension. There is no significant difference in students' autonomous learning and tai chi value cognition on whether college students are in the single-parent family. There is no significant difference in tai chi value cognition on whether college students are the one-child family; There are significant differences in learning process dimension on whether college students are the one-child family. There are significant differences in tai chi value cognition and learning process dimension on education level of college students'father. But they did not reach significant difference on the dimensions of sports motivation, study results and the learning environment. There are significant differences in tai chi value cognition and learning process dimension on education level of college students'mother. But they did not reach significant difference on the dimensions of sports motivation, study results and the learning environment. College students with different sports achievement in tai chi value cognition as well as the sports motivation, and learning process dimension of autonomous learning reached significant differences, but the differences in sports learning outcome and the learning environment dimension score of autonomous learning did not reach significance. College students with different exercise insist time in tai chi value cognition as well as the sports motivation and the learning process dimension of autonomous learning reached significant differences, but the differences in sports learning outcome and the learning environment score dimension of autonomous learning did not reach significant. College students with different exercise frequency per week in sports learning motivation and the learning process dimension of autonomous learning reached significant difference, but the differences in the tai chi value cognition, study results and learning environment dimension of autonomous learning did not reach significant. College students with different exercise duration in sports learning motivation and the learning process dimension of autonomous learning reached significant differences, but the differences in tai chi value cognition, sports study results and the learning environment score dimension of autonomous learning did not reach significant difference.2.Tai chi value cognition, the amount of physical exercise were significantly positively related to sports learning motivation, learning process learning result and the learning environment dimensions of autonomous learning, the correlation coefficient were 0.18,0.52,0.58,0.30 and 0.40; Amount of physical exercise was significantly positively related to learning motivation, learning process and learning environment, the correlation coefficient were 0.31,0.24 and 0.11. The overall effect, direct effect and indirect effect of college students tai chi value cognition on sports autonomous learning is significant, it shows that amount of physical exercise of college students partly mediated the effect of tai chi value cognition on sports autonomous learning.
