The study is to study and analysis electromyography in 18-style of static strengthening exercises and study the stimulus intensity of seven core trunk muscles of swimming athletes in static strengthening exercises. The aim of the study is to provide some valuable reference for swimming athletes of the static strengthening exercises.8 healthy National One-level swimming athletes volunteered to participate in the study. Use ME6000 electromyograph to test eight subjects' rectus abdominis, external oblique, tensor fasciae latae, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, multifidus muscle and gluteus maximus in 18-style static strengthening exercises, calculating the subjects's RMS value of muscle. Through the cluster analysis, eighty-style static strengthening exercises are divided into five types, draw on each type of static strengthening exercises in the radar chart by using the RMS data, the results are that the first category of exercises is turn to the little more rectus abdominis, external oblique as the major power muscle in the exercises; The second type of exercise is turn to the little more rectus abdominis, external oblique, erector spinae and multifidus muscle as the major power in exercises; The third category is turn to the erector spinae and multifidus muscle as the major power in exercises; The fourth category of exercise is turn to the tensor fasciae latae as the major power of exercises. The fifth category of exercise is turn to the rectus abdominis, external oblique as the major power of exercises. The conclusions is that 18-style static strengthening exercises to the trunk's core seven muscle groups of RMS value which cover low, medium and high exercise load; Using the method of radar showing the trunk muscle stimulus values on static strengthening exercise. The coaches and athletes can intuitively and clearly accord the graphics area selecting the appropriate value practice used in training; Unstable condition is more similar to water environment but practicing on it is more tougher. The characteristic of Ian core specialized practice can relate closely to swimming technical and provide unshored environment which is similar to water. This kind of strengthening exercise is benefit to optimize specific technical movements, and increase power, which is good for transforming from strength training effects to special ability.
