An Empirical Analysis About The Micro-influence Factors Of Intergernerational Occupational Mobility

Intergenerational occupational mobility is one aspect of intergenerational mobility.it refers that the state of occupation is different from the previous generation in the next generation to choose between many different career change.Studying intergenerational occupational mobility can not only give the main factors of intergenerational occupational mobility,but also reflect the issues of Unequal opportunities in intergenerational occupational mobility from the side.So,many scholars have studied intergenerational occupational mobility in recent years.They tried to study intergenerational occupational mobility to dig out the formation mechanism of intergenerational occupational mobility,namely intergenerational occupational mobility factors.In addition,they expect that it can find an effective way to guide its healthy liquidity to study the intergenerational occupational mobility.According to the data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2010 and 2013,Firstly,the author gives the inheritance and the mobility matrix of each occupational hierarchy in 2010 and 2013.And the author concludes that each Occupational hierarchy have shown significant phenomenon of Intergenerational occupational inheritance.Secondly,through Multinomial Logit model(MLM),the author explores the combination of factors that affect intergenerational occupational mobility,and analyzes the main factors that affect intergenerational occupational mobility,namely the father's occupation class and the level of education that child accepted.Therefore,the authors simplified model and analyzes the main factors that affect intergenerational occupational mobility by regression analysis of Multinomial Logit model(MLM).Next,the author analyzes the extent of the impact of the father's occupation class and the level of education that child accepted in Intergenerational occupational mobility from horizontal and vertical.Compared to 2010,the authors concluds in 2013 the degree of influence has declined.In addition,the intergenerational occupational showed some fluidity.The author briefly introduce the research main ideas under the following.Firstly,the author preliminarily introduces the research background,theoretical and practical significance of the research,the content of the study,innovation and shortcomings of this article may be insufficient and literature review about intergenerational occupational mobility.This allows the reader has a comprehensive grasp about research status of intergenerational occupational mobility and the overall research of this article.Secondly,the author describes the theory and knowledge of intergenerational occupational mobility.Through descripting and introducing the theory and related knowledge of intergenerational occupational mobility,not only does it make the readers have a basic understanding and simple understanding about intergenerational occupational mobility,but allow readers to form their own intellectual framework,thus allowing readers to discover more reasonable research methods about intergenerational occupational mobility.By using Multinomial Logit model(MLM)to analysis the data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2010 and 2013 to dig out the intergenerational occupational mobility of the formation mechanism,namely the factors of intergenerational occupational mobility,we hope to provide valuable reference views on improvment of Chinese intergenerational occupational mobility patterns.
