This study uses literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the introduction of social ecology theory to study the sports participation behavior of middle school students in Qingdao.Study through the literature review,the social ecology factors required for Dishman(1991)of the theoretical research,scholars put forward the influencing factors of participation in sports is personal factors,environmental factors and physical qualities.Both personal factors are demographic variables,health status,past sports habit;environmental factors including sports facilities,sports venues and convenience,schedule appropriate,spousal support,social support,family influence;physical traits include physical health belief,social support and physical self-efficacy feeling.Based on the survey of the research object and research,will be defined as individual factors(age,gender and participation in sports team experience)and environmental factors(family environment,sports equipment and sports venues)and physical traits(health beliefs,sports social support and sports self-efficacy)three factors influencing variables with participation in sports the effect of behavior.This research mainly discussed from the following aspects: the current situation of participation in physical exercise of 1 middle school students in Qingdao City,mainly from participating in physical exercise,participate in physical exercise frequency,exercise participation time,participate in physical exercise and strength to participate in physical exercise to choose.Group 2 to investigate the sociological characteristics of middle school students in Qingdao City,mainly from the factors of age,gender,or participate in sports team(associations)of family sports equipment and sports venues,as well as environmental factors and environmental factors in the experience.3.,explore the sports behavior characteristics of middle school students in Qingdao,mainly from the survey of individual factors,environmental factors and sports characteristics and sports participation and the impact of the relationship between the impact of the effect.Research findings show: 1.Qingdao middle school students in sports participation behavior present behavior for low,moderate intensity exercise mainly.2.the different background factors of students in sports participation behavior,third grade students sports participation behavior,in different gender,whether or not participate in sports association experience has significant difference;3.different environmental factors students in sports participation behavior in different family sports facilities and different environment sports sites have significant differences.The number of family sports facilities and equipment in five or more groups was significantly higher than that of family sports equipment,two and three points,and there was no significant difference between the other groups.
