Learning disability is a factor that hampers learners' learning activities.Learning disabilities reflect learners' learning situation,it has a great influence to the learner's study.With the development of adult higher education,teachers' post training is gaining increasing attention from people in all walks of life.But the teacher's post training,especially primary school teacher's posttraining have serious learning disability that restricts the development of primary school teachers.Therefore,it has an important significance for primary school teacher's post training to understand the teacher's learning disability and put forward the corresponding countermeasure.While academia has had a lot of research on learning disability,butthereare few researches on learning disability of primary school teachers' post training.Therefore,this paper has an important theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of six chapters,are summarized as follows:The first part is an introduction study.This section describes the object of the study,importance,related concepts,research methods and the literature review at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical base forthe learning disability of primary school teachers' post training.Mainly includesLifelongeducation theory and the theory of the learning society,humanistic learning theory,adult learning theory and the theory of teacher professional development.The third part is the research designs implement and processing.This section focuses on the design,scoring formula and reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The fourth part is the learning barriers and influence of primary school teacher's post training.This part find out the problems of situational barriers are have not much time,social public opinion atmosphere,the social values and learning style against primary school teachers' participation in post training,the reasons of the sample results are Primary school teachers of primary school teachers' task is overweight,has multiple roles,society is not really set up the concept of life-long education.The problems of the institutional barriers are training institution is unable to provide a variety of study way,training institutions teaching method is not science,training curriculum is not reasonable,the reasons of the sample results are curriculum is not reasonable,is not really set up with idea of primary school teachers and training institutions to training for primary school teachers in the attitude is not correct.The problems of the psychological barriers are primary school teachers to the lack of confidence,more professional training to the job after training attitude is not correct,the reasons of the sample results are primary school teachers participate in the training goal is not clear,tail wagging,learning motivation attribution way is not correct.The problems of the information barriers are elementary school teachers' in-service training is completely top-down administrative allocation,teachers are passively participate in training,did not reflect its subject status,training units of education information resources is too complex,is a simple enough.The fifth part is the elimination strategy of primary school teachers' post training.This part puts forward to remove obstacles environment strategy have to increase teachers' leisure time,reasonable arrangement of training time,creating the atmosphere of learning society,sets up the lifelong education idea,after training for teachers to create a better other environmental conditions;eliminate the institutional obstacles of strategy with the idea of based on learners make training more scientific curriculum,improve the form of teacher training and teaching methods;eliminate the psychological barriers of tactics of meaning clear learning and training,training faith,the correct attribution,improve training learning confidence,clear training goals;eliminating barriers to information strategy to change the current teacher training in our country the top-down administrative arrangement mode,to fully listen to the voice of the grassroots teachers and school should arrange the system of basic network knowledge training,teachers should strengthen the ability of autonomic learning,improve the knowledge and ability of information technology.
