The thesis is totally four parts,the introduction and three chapters.The three chapters mainly talk about Ye Shengtao's literary works selected in the Chinese textbooks of PEP for the Junior middle school from 1978,the language features about Ye Shengtao's works and the acceptability for the Junior middle school students,the study of teaching designs and the Multimedia Aided Instruction about the works,as well as the exercises.Analyzing the reason why Ye Shengtao's works are selected in Chinese textbooks for Junior middle school according to the Curriculum standards,studying the selection's acceptability according to the students' thinking development level,investigating the teaching designs and the Multimedia Aided Instruction according to the theory---a good teaching design is the reasonable application of teaching methods and constantly exploring creative teaching methods.The aim of this thesis is to explore the changes in Chinese textbooks about Ye Shengtao's aricles,the rationality about the selections,as well as the effectiveness and the rationality of teaching,through the above three sections.The thesis adopts Documentary Research Method,Text Analysis Method and Case Analysis Method.The research indicates a decline in Ye Shengtao's works in Chinese textbooks for Junior middle school from 1978 till now.So the thesis analyses the reason about the decline and put forward my own opinions on the unreasonable places in the decline,as well as come up with some adjustment suggestions to the unreasonable places in exercises.
