With the advancement of\"the culture plan\",gradually improve education quality,training benefit is growing.The national training of the preschool education can meet the practical requirements of teachers,through the corresponding measures to guarantee and in-depth research training process to improve training efficiency,to serve the needs of teachers' professional development.Preschool teachers' culture program began in 2011,later than the primary and secondary school teachers,from the point of the development of now,\"the cultivation plan\" preschool teacher basically meet the demand for the development of teachers' training,promoting the preschool teachers' personal quality and comprehensive quality of ascension.But in the concrete implementation of relevant factors,the training of the preschool education is not yet fully meet the requirements.Later stage in the process of development,therefore,on\"the cultivation plan\" the comprehensive analysis of the background before the school teacher training needs,to grasp the actual effects of preschool teachers' training needs,the actual effect of China's preschool education training work ascension has important influence and model,and the next step training provides the corresponding countermeasures.In this study the kindergarten teachers in heilongjiang province as the research object.Through literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,investigated the kindergarten teacher training at the national level personnel training present situation and the demand of the project,from the training goal,content,form,training teachers,training evaluation and other aspects of analysis,the differences by trainees survey,to find the problems and deficiencies in the training,at the same time,the author analyzes the reasons of its formation.And preschool teachers in professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability of the objective requirements.Through the investigation and study the following conclusions:first,whether training purpose,training form,or training teachers,training content,is an important indicator to measure the quality of training,is also the important factors influencing the training effect.Second,the survey found women teachers,the professional teachers,highly educated,high title of preschool teachers expect higher for training,requirement is higher also,also put forward higher requirements for future training.Third,the ultimate purpose of training is to promote the professional development of preschool teachers,and cultivate a team of high quality,expert teachers.In view of the research conclusion,put forward the following Suggestions:the first way clear training purposes,increase the funds investment;Second,enrich the content of the training,broadening the channels for teaching;Third,rich forms of training,improve communication efficiency;Fourth,for examination and assessment of training teachers,set up the mechanism of rewards and punishments;Fifth,sets up the training concept,strengthen the knowledge ability;Sixth,pay attention to process evaluation,pay attention to the follow-up development.
