The Research Of Case Work Intervention In Domestic Violence

Domestic violence has become a hot topic in today's international community.In recent years,the domestic violence,especially the domestic violence against women,has been highly concerned by the government and society.According to the statistics of the highest law in 2005,about 24.7% of households in the country have different degrees of domestic violence.Domestic violence is harmful,not only to victims of physical and mental harm,and some even lost their lives.Social work intervening in domestic violence has a positive effect on preventing and suppressing domestic violence and helping victims out of the woods.The research take two cases of domestic violence for example,through internships involved in case participation and observation of information obtained empirical study.Based on the feminist theory,this study discusses the role of social work intervention and intervention in domestic violence by analyzing the situation of the clients and their surrounding environment system and the involvement of social workers.The intervention of the two cases has a clear work procedure,and the social workers use the crisis intervention mode and the task center mode to intervene respectively according to the case of the clients,to explore the potential of the clients from the superiority perspective,and encourage the clients to fully understand themselves,believe they have the ability to change the current situation.Through the case service,the clientshave been different degrees of growth,and establish self-confidence,they choose to face life with optimism.Social workers,when involved in two cases,follow a clear working process,use listening,empathy,self-disclosure and other skills to establish a good relationship of trust with the clients,multi-sector cooperation together for the victims of violence to provide support and help.Although the involvement of social work in domestic violence has brought hope and help to the victims,the two cases in this paper have finally achieved satisfactory results,but there are still many shortcomings in this paper.In this paper,if the assessment done before the post-test and post-test contrast,will better measure the changes before and after the service recipient to assess the effectiveness of services,but also help to reflect on the deficiencies in the work.
