Current Situation And Research On The Countermeasures Of Junior Middle School Biology Teacher Burnout

With the rapid development of the city and the speeding up of life pace,the pressure of teachers' life is also increasing.Under such circumstances,there will suffer from teacher burnout.It is of great significance to study the teacher burnout of biology teachers in junior middle school,which can not only help the front-line teachers,but also be beneficial to the implementation of the eighth basic education curriculum reform.This paper investigates the status of teacher burnout on the junior high school biology teachers in Yantai by the use of documental analysis,questionnaire survey and interviewing,etc.After the data analysis,it can be found that the teacher burnout of the junior high school biology teachers in Yantai is at a low level,and the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low self-efficacy are also at a mild level.According to the present situation of the teacher's occupation burnout,we can draw the conclusion as follows:firstly,due to the self and subject,male's occupation burnout is higher than the female's,for the reason that with the biological knowledge updating faster,men are more satisfied with the status quo,dealing with interpersonal relationships.Secondly,owning to the social station,the headmaster's occupation burnout is lower non-headmaster's.As the highest manager of the class,the headmaster is more valued by the school leaders and parents.Thirdly,the teacher with lower degree is higher than higher degree because the former has no systematic biological knowledge and weaker logical thinking ability.Fourthly,the teacher with lower degree is obvious than the higher ones.Without enough teaching experiences,the former are busying preparing lessons and teaching activities and dealing with the leadership of the school leaders for the teaching examination.Fifthly,teachers below 35-year-old and between the ages of 46-50 are higher than 36-45 years old and 51-year-old above for the school being the main factors.With the accumulation of teaching experiences,the teachers' course preparation,participation in teaching and research activities and energies for leadership inspectionwill have a small cut.However,when the teachers with more than 20 years' experiences,their body function will decline and occupation burnout will increase rapidly.At that time,if they can be transferred to teaching positions,the occupation burnout will decreased to the lowest level.Sixthly,the occupation burnout in city school is higher than the township school with the society and the subjects being the main factors.The parents pay more attention to the cultivation of children's comprehensive qualities.And for the biological characteristics,teachers will spend more time and energy to prepare the courses.Seventhly,the teacher who teaches the higher grade will gain the higher occupation burnout for the reason of society and the school.The third-year student in middle school will have the finally examination.Therefore,both parents and school leaders at this stage will pay more attention to the teaching activities.Eighthly,the teacher who teaches more class will have the higher the occupation burnout,the society and self being the main factor.The reason is that the the teachers will bear more expectation and pressure from the parents and themselves.These are measures to relieve teacher burnout.Build up a strong sense of teachers and strong responsibility for education,enhance the sense of identity with biological sciences and teachers' 'sense of happiness.Release tension in various ways.Pay attention to male teachers and optimize teaching environment.We should bring together to promote teachers' growth Carry out teacher training and promote continuation education.Make use of modern technology to achieve academic sharing.Reshape the brilliant status of teacher in the history.Ensure the steady growth of teachers' income.
