Postgraduate education is responsible for cultivating high quality and innovative talents for the modernization of the country's responsibility,and our postgraduate education is the training mode of tutorial system,whether it is from the selection of master,or for the establishment of training plan,the title of the report,writing papers,review papers of participation and guidance of tutor master students.Therefore,the communication between the master and graduate students through the whole master stage,the effect of communication is directly related to the quality of graduate education.Therefore,in this paper,through the form of interviews and questionnaires,from the communication attitude,communication process,communication effect of the three dimensions of the communication between graduate students and tutors.This study is based on literature research and design interview outline,and make the questionnaire on the basis of investigation,through a questionnaire survey to 288 graduate of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,using spss21.0 for data processing,analysis of the main methods of cross analysis,single factor analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis etc..The analysis draws the following conclusions: first,the overall communication status of graduate student and tutor in general and satisfied;second,comparative study,research shows that different backgrounds communicate according to the present situation of graduate students and instructors:(1)different grade,there is significant difference in whether the professional interest master,whether the administrative duties of the tutor communication dimensions of teachers and students(P < 0.05);(2)different gender,different categories,only child or not,whether the work experience of graduate students and different gender,different age,different titles,brought the number of students from different instructors had no obvious difference of communication teachers and students(P > 0.05);(3)the initiative and Postgraduate Tutor communication is not high,low frequency communication,the communication time is short;(4)through the regression analysis,the state of communication " There are 6independent variables and the communication effect in the two dimensions of"degree" and "process".Finally,according to the results of the interview and the questionnaire survey,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the communication effect of the graduate students and tutors.(1)the master's advice: correct attitude towards learning,to improve the initiative of communicating with teachers;improve their academiclevel,fully prepared before communication;(2)to the teacher's advice: clear their responsibility and improve their own quality level;enhance the understanding of students,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;(3)the common advice for graduate students and the tutor: enhance mutual understanding,reduce the "difference" effect;improve communication skills,strong communication skills;(4)the school administration recommendations: to create a good communication environment;improve the tutor management system.
