At present,China's population problem has become increasingly prominent. With the economic development of our country, the "demographic dividend" situation has gradually subsided and has been replaced by the increasingly serious aging of population. It can be expected that China will become one of the most aging countries in the world in the near future,if no effective policies are taken. Therefore,it is time to adjust policies to encourage fertility,to change the fertility concept of reproductive women,to improve the fertility level, but the urgent problem is: how to properly adjust the population and fertility policy? One reform measure is Universal Two-Child Policy which was formally adopted in The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. However, how can this policy to promote China's population? How can this policy to influence the development trend of the future population of our country? Therefore we should study the fertility willingness of married people of childbearing age in the early stages of the policy, this can make it is possible to forecast China's future population growth trend. In this study we mainly adopt questionnaire form to survey datum which come from Nanchang city, the target groups for the survey we selected were random married population of childbearing age came from Xihu District,Donghu District,Qingshanhu District,Qingyunpu District,Changbei Economic Development District and Xinjian District and other places.Based on the questionnaire survey data, the fertility concept, fertility intention and fertility plan of married people of reproductive age were statistically analyzed mainly using SPSS 22.0.Firstly,the basic information, such as gender, account status, age, educational level, occupation, monthly income, marital status, number of childbearing and number of ideal children,in Nanchang residents were descriptively analyzed by using bivariate contingency table analysis and cross analysis.Secondly, the chi-square test and the one-way variance test were used to test the correlation between the fertility intention and the personal factors such as sex, account status, age, educational level, occupational nature, personal monthly income and marital status;the results showed that there was a significant correlation between fertility intention and personal factor except for marital status factor. Finally,we used multivariate logistic regression analysis method to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the two children's fertility in Nanchang, established logistic regression model using economic factors, psychological factors, physical factors and social factors as explanatory variables,"whether or not willing to give birth to two children" as interpreted variables, and inferred a conclusion that the fertility willingness of two children born in Nanchang City is positively related to family factors, psychological factors and physical factors, and is negatively related to economic factors, but not with social and policy factors. The conclusions above, will can be referred for the policy and individuals.
