Young children's aggressive behavior is a common problem behavior that influences physical and mental health of young children and their social development. In severe circumstances,it may cause personality disorders and even crimes in adolescence and adulthood. As two important relationships in early education,parent-child relationship and teacher-child relationship play an essential role in social development of young children.Since young children's aggressive behavior is characterized by high incidence,it is important for current preschool education to deeply analyze factors influencing young children's aggressive behavior and adopt corresponding countermeasures to control and intervene in it.This study takes 208 children between 3 and 6 years old(107 boys and 101 girls)in H City,Hubei Province as the test subjects and adopts questionnaire surveys to explore the relations between parent-child relationship(mother-child relationship and father-child relationship),teacher-child relationship and young children's aggressive behaviors. The results show:1.On the whole, children between 3 and 6 years old have started a trend of acting aggressively(overt aggression and relational aggression). Moreover, overt aggression occurs more frequently than relational aggression.Overt aggression shows a significant difference in sex(t=2.191,p<0.05)and only children and non-only children(t=2.137.p<0.05),while relational aggression does not.In addition, the age factor makes significant difference in overt aggression and relational aggression:overt aggression occurs more frequently in children between 4 and 5 years old than in children between 3 and 4 years old/5 and 6 years old(t=2.137,p<0.05);relational aggression occurs more frequently in children between 4 and 5 years old than in children between 3 and 4 years old.Neither overt aggression nor relational aggression differs greatly in main caregivers, educational level of parents and average monthly salary of the family.2.Parent-child relationship shows no significant difference in gender.Father-child conflict differs significantly in age while mother-child conflict differs greatly in only children and non-only children:father-child conflict is more prominent in children between 3 and 4 years old than in children between 5 and 6 years old(F=5.223,p<0.01);mother-child conflict is more prominent in children with siblings than only children(t=-2.510,p<0.05).There is no remarkable difference of mother-child intimacy,father-child intimacy and father-child conflict in only children and non-only children.3.Teacher-child relationship doesn't differ significantly in gender or only children and non-only children. However, the age factor makes significant difference in teacher-child conflict:teacher-child conflict is more prominent in children between 4 and 5 years old than in children between 5 and 6 years old(F= 7.562,p<0.001).4.Mother-child conflict is significantly positively correlated with teacher-child conflict and overt aggression, negatively correlated with teacher-child intimacy and not significantly correlated with relational aggression;father-child conflict only shows a positive correlation with overt aggression. Both mother-child intimacy and father-child intimacy are not significantly correlated with teacher-child relationship and aggressive behavior.Teacher-child conflict is significantly positively correlated with overt aggression and relational aggression. There is no significant correlation between teacher-child intimacy and aggressive behavior.5.After controlling the impact of demographic variables,mother-child(?=0.185,p<0.05)conflict can still predict overt aggression. But at the same time examine parent-child conflict and teacher-child conflict, found that the role of mother-child conflict prediction is no longer significant, only teacher-child(?=0.428,p<0.001)conflict can predict overt aggression.Besides,teacher-child conflict(?=0.451,p<0.001)can also predict the relational aggression.6.Parent-child relationship serves as an intermediary between parent-child relationship and young children's aggressive behavior.Parent-child conflicts is totally dependent on teacher-child conflict to influence young children's aggressive behaviors.Based on the analysis on the research results, the author proposes some suggestions on education:firstly, parents should strengthen their awareness of parent-child relationship, attach importance to improving the mother-child relationship and create a family environment of warm, care and respect.Secondly, teachers should emphasize on the construction of a harmonious teacher-child relationship, improve the emotional management ability, enhance communication between family members and pay attention to young children's relational aggression.
