| With the rapid development of China's economy,the material life becomes more and more plentiful,the public for spiritual culture needs more intense,in addition,enhance the development of the sports industry to the height of the national strategy,the central government used the emerging mind sports industry as the blue ocean of investment in sports industry,which contains a huge potential for development.Since Hualan group entered the chess tournament operation management from 2007,the development of the mind sports industry is promoted rapidly by the investment,development,construction and operation of the sports real estate business projects such as South China Gaming Park and Quzhou Yi Gu,which has become one of the four core business group.As a forerunner of the mind sports industry,Hualan group summed up the mature development mode of intellectual sports industry includes mind sports culture complex.The purpose of this paper is to study the reproduction pattern of mind sports culture complex,hoping to realize the rapid expansion of the business scale by the rapid operation of the reproduction of the mature development mode all over the country.After the meaning and purpose of the research are clarified,combined with the successful experience of Hualan group mind sports project,this paper puts forward the reproduction strategy and operation mode of the mind sports culture complex model.By focusing onanalyzingthe comparative analysis of reproduction conditions,making the replication strategy,defining the conditions and direction of the target city,exploring the methods and steps of replication of the reproduction pattern of complex,this paper proposes are productive strategy based on the City Weiqi League,sort out the triadic relation of Hualan group,City Weiqi League operation company and investors,and put forward relevant working mechanism of the reproduction pattern. |
