Research On The Evaluation Index System Of University Discipline From The Perspective Of Organization

The development of university disciplines is related to the university's reputation,status and even the realization of a country's strategic objectives.Under the background of building an innovative country and high-level universities,it is necessary to change the form of grass-roots organization and the way of division in knowledge labor which is in the university organizations.The organization of university disciplines transforms the university grass-roots organization system from the benefit of knowledge transmission to the benefit of knowledge creation,in the strategy of organizing university discipline,it turns from the devotion of discipline elements to the construction of discipline organization.It is of great theoretical value and realistic meaning to make scientific and accurate evaluation of the level of university discipline organization in the established development stage.However,the current various types of university disciplines organization evaluation did not fundamentally solve this issue,but led to a lot of social confusion,people are also actively seeking different ways to seek for solution to this issue.The logical framework of this paper is based on the relatively static level of university discipline organization,clarify the basic theoretical category of university discipline organization,and deeply grasp the important position and function of university discipline organization issues in the whole national science and technology system and education system,from “based on what kind of perspective”,“based on which standard” and “how to construct” the three core issues,to establish the research ideas and logical system.By clarifying the theoretical and logical relationship between the discipline and the university,the discipline organization and the university,the discipline organization and the discipline construction,the discipline evaluation and the discipline construction,improve the theoretical system of university discipline evaluation,solve the basic problems “based on what kind of perspective”;through the focus on the domestic and foreign discipline evaluation standards and index systems,and absord the concept,standard and value concept of organizational efficiency evaluation models,based on the theoretical system of discipline organization,established university discipline evaluation theory from the perspective of organization,perfecting the theoretical system of university disciplineevaluation at present,solve the fundamental question of “based on which standard”;By integrating the foundation of the university discipline evaluation index system from the perspective of organizational theory and organization,combining with the Delphi expert consultation method,carry out empirical research on the evaluation index system of university discipline from the perspective of organization,to build a “combination of body and function” university discipline evaluation system to solve the “how to build” the basic problem.It aims to provide reference for the government and university departments to scientifically evaluate the level of university discipline construction and development,and to select a group of university disciplines with high level of organization according to the evaluation results,and to play a leading role in the university,so as to promote the “Double First-class” construction process in Chinese universities.
