Objective: to analyze the overweight / different exercise intensity during energy metabolism and substrate consumption characteristics of obese young men and the maximum fat oxidation of the corresponding strength,to further understand the movement in the process of energy consumption,the optimal amount of fatty oxidation during exercise effect relationship,to accurately understand the movement in the process of energy metabolism and substrate consumption,so as to reduce and control to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference weight and scientific fitness.Research methods:Through the health and physical activity questionnaire and morphological function examination,13 overweight / obese young men(age: 20.5 ±1.1 years old),height: 177.8 ± 4.8cm,weight: 86.4 ± 8.9kg;BMI:27.2 ± 2.0kg/m2)as the object of study.To be in good health and not to engage in regular exercise.All subjects were informed of the experimental procedures and experimental purposes.The VO2 max load test to determine the subjects(VO2max),after the completion of the 6 random constant intensity(30%VO2max,40%VO2max,50%VO2max,60%VO2max,70%VO2max,90%VO2max)exercise test,analyze the body's energy consumption and substrate in different exercise intensity,according to the linear relationship between the fat oxidation rate and exercise intensity to determine the maximum fat oxidation rate(MFO)and the corresponding movement(FATmax).The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and Excel2010.All data were X±SD,paired sample T test was used for statistical analysis,the significant level was P<0.05.Results: the total energy consumption of overweight / obese young men was gradually increased with the increase of exercise intensity,the proportion of sugar oxidation energy supply was gradually dominant,while the proportion of fat oxidation energy supply gradually decreased.With the increase of exercise intensity,the amount of sugar oxidation increased.The amount of fat oxidation gradually decreased,showing a first increase,then reduce the characteristics of change.In six different intensity exercise,the amount of fat oxidation in 50%VO2max reached the highest intensity(2.7mg/min/kg),were higher than the other five exercise intensity(30%VO2max,40%VO2max,60%VO2max,70%VO2max,90%VO2max).By linear fitting,the maximum oxidation rate of fat was 0.3 ± 0.1g/min.At this time,the corresponding exercise intensity was 45.7 ± 8.7%VO2max,and the corresponding geocentric rate was 119.4 ± 10.1b/min.Conclusion: With the gradual increase of exercise intensity,the total energy consumption increased,and the proportion of substrate metabolism energy also changed.The strength of 45.7% ± 8.7%VO2max(HR:119.4 ± 10.1b/min)is the maximum exercise intensity of fat oxidation,may be suitable for strength of overweight / obese youth reduce fat,weight control,which has a certain reference value to the design and practice of weight reduction and control scheme.
