With the development of globalization,people's daily life is increasingly connected with various economic activities,and children are also involved in these activities.However,as a result of rare teaching and study related to finance education is rare in china,children are easily confused about the daily economic activities due to their weak ability of managing money matters.However,this situation can be improved if finance education is introduced to the elementary school and cultivate children's economic awareness and help them better understand this economic world.So,on the basis of the previous study combined with related children economics,this paper draws on the advanced experience abroad and tries to analyze the current finance education in the elementary schools of China to enrich and cover the shortage of the economics courses and the related teaching in the hope of boosting the finance education in elementary schools and provides some lessons for the later studies.This paper is guided by children's cognitive theory and based on the reality of the the finance education in China,trying to analyze the current finance teaching of elementary school.This paper is made up of five parts.Part one is the brief introduction of the thesis.In this part,the study background and its significance are introduced.Meanwhile,the key words are defined and the research design is also introduced in the first part.Part two presents the literature review,mainly introducing the theory of children finance education and elaborating on Piaget's Cognitive Development Theory and the Naive Theory.This part builds a solid theoretical foundation for my study.Part three is mainly about the children finance education in developed countries,including America,Russia,Korea and etc.in terms of objectives,content and the measures.Part four presents the children finance education in China and its countermeasures.On the basis of the status quo of finance education in China's primary school,this part analyzes the course deeply and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures combined with foreign country 's valuable experience and China's reality.Part five is the case study of school-based course on primary school's finance education.Based on the previous chapters,this part chooses the NONGKELU primary school in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou as the research object,and takes the finance management as the theme to try to carry on the finance school course development.Through the questionnaire and interview,curriculum and feasibility analysis can be carried on,which lays the foundation for the development of curriculum objectives,content,implementation and evaluation program..
