Pedagogical content knowledge(referred to as PCK),was first proposed by Professor Schulman of Stanford University,hoping to be able to pay attention to teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in the process of certification and improving the selection criteria and professional level of Teachers,and has been widely recognized by everyone.With the tide of the new curriculum reformed in our country,the teachers' professional level will face much higher requirements.PCK is also the core knowledge of teachers' profession.This study takes the pedagogical students of chemistry in college as the main research object.According to the PCK structure and the elements of prepared questionnaire,I select "Oxidation-reduction reaction" as the subject of the teaching contents,and adopt research methods of classroom record and interview to analyze the status and the influence factors of pre-service teachers' mastering degree so as to deepen our understanding toward the status quo of pre-service teachers' PCK and offer suggestions on self education of pedagogical students of chemistry in order to improve the pedagogical content knowledge of pre service teachers.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction.It mainly ex pounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,research methods and design ideas.The second part is the literature review.Based on the literature r eview,the paper analyzes the research status of Pedagogical content knowledge at h ome and abroad,to do the theoretical basis for the follow-up study.The third part is the investigation and Research on the current situation of PCK development of c hemistry pre-service teachers.The questionnaire data describing statistical analysis a nd independent samples T test using SPSS statistical software,and then through the classroom record analysis of two chemical pre-service teachers and an experienced teacher of knowledge of teaching methods,in order to understand the chemistry pr e-service teachers of grasp the situation for the PCK.The fourth part is about the reasons that influence of chemistry pre-service teachers' PCK.Through the statistical analysis of the pre-service teachers' personal information questionnaire and the inte rviews with 7 teachers(5 pre-service teachers and 2 experienced teachers),to analyze the influencing factors of developing pre-service teachers' PCK.The fifth part is the conclusions and suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the pre-servic e teachers' PCK,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the devel opment PCK,and at the end of the paper,the author considers the lack of researc h and puts forward some suggestions for further research.
